I am Manu Heras, a lot of people label me as a disable (person) or guy in a wheelchair. To me is just a little part of me. In 1997, at 18 years old I had a motorcycle’s accidentand spinal cord injury as a result, so my projects, hope, dreams faded. My life seemed to be end. Resiliency, time, and a positive attitude helped me to go through to the hardest process of my life and be able to build a new one. Nowadays I am  proud of what I overcame and how I have found the strength and ability to achieve one of my biggest childhood’s dreams, travel around the world for my own.I  am working as awareness raising trainer at schools, high-schools, and universities to spread inclusion, diversity, empathy, respect, and compassion.
